The reopening of indoor restaurants at limited capacity could not have come at a better time with the Easter weekend fast approaching and people potentially looking for opportunities to dine with their family group or friends. ‘friends.

Restaurants in Greater Palm Springs respond with all-star menus as chefs get a chance to really show their stuff. Here’s a look at where to dine for the Easter weekend, April 2-4.

Restaurant Chef in Palm Desert offers a trio of Easter weekend specialties with prime rib, crusted salmon, lamb chops and roast leg of lamb.

Recently named one of the top 50 restaurants for brunch in the United States by tripping.com, Californian Bistro Lulu in Palm Springs will serve Easter brunch in the main dining room, covered patio and outdoor gardens from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 4. short ribs and a dessert.

Starting at 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday, enjoy prime rib, steaks, rack of lamb and more at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Palm Desert.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Pam Desert will open at 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday and will bring your appetite to dive into a Tomahawk dinner for two with a 40-ounce Tomahawk ribeye accompanied by an entrée, personal sides and dessert.

LG’s first steakhouse in La Quinta and Palm Springs are open for Easter meals, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the best cuts of meat, but also herb-roasted chicken breasts, Chilean sea bass and Alaskan king crab legs.
